Bio

Jonathan Shippee is a Senior Wealth Advisor on Robert Tendler’s team, and joined Harbor Lights Financial Group in 2013. Jonathan conducts comprehensive portfolio analytics, performance due diligence research on potential investments, and assists Robert with the delivery of client plans. In addition, he communicates with clients regarding service needs, facilitates advice delivery implementation, processes data to help produce appropriate solutions, and executes client transaction requests. He also serves as the first point of contact for initial client interviews.

Jonathan earned his Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Monmouth University, where he was also a Division I Baseball Player for four years. He holds Series 7 and Series 66 registrations through LPL Financial, and New Jersey Life and Health Insurance licenses.

Jonathan is a native of Albany, NY. Away from the office, he enjoys golf, swimming and running with his wife, Courtney. Jonathan is an active member of his community and volunteers annually at the Equinox Thanksgiving Day Community Dinner that serves approximately 10,000 homebound and homeless community members.
