Bio

Steven Catapano has over 25 years of experience in the financial and accounting industries. As COO of Harbor Lights Financial Group, Steven has oversight for the management of all day-to-day operations for the practice. In this role, he works closely with the practice’s three partners in strategic planning and has responsibility for the establishment of all policies and procedures for the effective recording, analyzing, and reporting of all financial matters of the organization. His specialties include growth strategy initiatives, business acquisitions, recruiting, and business analysis.

Steven is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and holds a Series 7 through LPL Financial.
